The second annual D2E expo was a destination for thousands of people seeking companies that are leading the way to a more socially-conscious and sustainable future.
D2E got off to a roaring start at the Friday opening, Local Bites, a food and wine tasting event combined with a first look at the show. Families enjoyed the activities in the Kids' Block throughout the weekend; attendees learned about the Future of Cars on Saturday; and the Mayor came on Sunday to congratulate the Pitch the City finalists, who submitted ideas to make Boston a greener city.
